Beijing Olympics Womens Volleyball – Poland V Cuba

Poland went down 1 set to 3 in the preliminary round of the women’s volleyball championships at the Beijing Olympics.
Poland got off to a fine start, winning the first set. But Cuba gradually pulled back to the level and then went on to win three sets in a row in match 4 of Pool A.
Top scorer for the Poles was Katarzyna Skowronska with 9 points.
